Mimi has been representing VC and PE funds and startups since 1993. After serving an internship in the Israeli Supreme Court of Justice, she joined one of the leading Israeli law firms, where she represented various high tech and startup companies for five years. In 1998, she received her LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. From 1998 till 2001 she worked as a senior associate at a leading New York

law firm, where she represented venture capital and private equity funds (such as Hudson, Walden, Liberty, Estuary and more), in their investments in startups in New York. On her return to Israel, she joined a leading Israeli M&A law firm where she headed the high-tech department and was a partner in the corporate M&A department for seven years. In 2008, together with Ehood Schneider, she founded the law firm of Zemah, Schneider & Partners, where she continues to represent many VC and PE funds such as 83North, Francisco Partners, Evergreen, Battery and Trilogy in their investments in Israel. Mimi specializes in fund formation, and also represents many startups and high tech companies, as well as industrial companies. Mimi was selected to the Best Lawyers list in Israel by her peers since 2012.
