- Use of Information and Its Transfer
The Firm uses information for any lawful purpose related to the management of the website, including: providing and offering services to new clients, managing the client base for service inquiries, marketing purposes, improving user engagement, identifying users, information security, managing the recruitment process, collecting and analyzing statistical data, operational needs, data enrichment, research, satisfaction surveys, legal compliance, investigating complaints, handling fraud or misconduct suspicions, verifying details, and information security, and direct mailing (via mail, email, phone, fax, various mobile phone messages including SMS, WhatsApp, or any other method), for both information and advertising purposes at the Firm’s discretion

The Firm is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites.
- Information Security and Storage
The Firm takes reasonable steps to assist in protecting the information, but it should be noted that no method and/or service is completely secure, especially when some activities are online.
- Social Features
The site may include features for the use of social networks (such as sending through WhatsApp, etc.). The social features are operated or enable integration with certain social networks or third-party platforms (hereinafter “social network” or “platform“). These social networks and platforms are created and maintained by third parties who are not connected to the Firm or under its control. If integration with social networks or platforms is enabled, the use of these social features will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network or platform. If integration with a social network or platform is enabled, the Firm may share user data with their contacts (and vice versa) so that you can enjoy the social features. This data may include the user’s name and profile picture on the social network.
By using the social features, the user agrees that the relevant social networks or platforms may collect certain personal information, such as IP address, non-personal information, and may even plant cookies and/or other internet tracking technologies to enable the functionality of the social features, all within the privacy policy of the relevant social network and/or platform. Sharing content through social networks or platforms may become public, and others may publish it.
- Mailing
We would like to use user details to inform the user about the Firm’s services. Participation in this activity is, of course, voluntary, and as long as it constitutes marketing material, it is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 1982, and the user who entered their details and is aware that we will use these details for this purpose (including in this privacy policy) will be considered as having agreed to it. Please note that upon entering user details on the site, the user may be asked to confirm the use of the details as mentioned, and after approval, they may receive an inquiry from the Firm and/or related companies with relevant material regarding the services on the site and/or related services. If the user does not wish to receive marketing inquiries, they should refrain from joining the mailing list. - The Right to Obtain Information
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the user or their representative may review information about them held in the Firm’s database and even request that the Firm correct this information if it is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate. Additionally, the user can request the deletion of information in accordance with the law and subject to it (including the Firm’s right to refuse the request) and, in any case, if the information was obtained contrary to the provisions of the law. - Retention of Information.
The Firm does everything in its power and uses advanced technological and organizational security measures to secure the information under its control against accidental or intentional exploitation, loss, destruction, or against access by unauthorized or unauthorized persons. However, the Firm cannot secure its information and communication systems in a manner that completely prevents unauthorized intrusions and misuse of information in its information and communication systems. The Firm will not be held liable in cases of disclosure and use of information stored in its databases resulting from unauthorized intrusions.
