The commercial department’s team possesses multidisciplinary knowledge and advises the firm’s clients, accompanying them in all aspects required in engaging in commercial agreements, from strategic planning, through business negotiations, to the signing of the agreement.

The department accompanies various commercial agreements, including: distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, sales and supply agreements, import agreements, marketing agreements, organizational structuring of companies and groups, licensing agreements, service agreements, and more.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Our firm accompanies its clients through all stages required for the execution and implementation of the most complex mergers and acquisitions, such as: share and asset purchases, stock-for-stock mergers, cash mergers, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, handling special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), triangular mergers, reverse triangular mergers, and privatization transactions.

Our attorneys assist target companies in preparing for an acquisition or merger and in the buyer selection process, and buyers in their selection of potential targets. We are deeply involved in structuring the transaction, negotiating, drafting contracts, and conducting comprehensive due diligence.
