Yael Fliss

Advocate Yael Fliss is an attorney in our firm’s Investment Funds, High-Tech, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law Departments.

Yael supports various investment funds, venture capital funds, and other investors, both in their ongoing activities and during investment rounds. Additionally, Yael represents corporations, private entrepreneurs, and startups in all aspects of their operations, from ongoing business activities to capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.

Yael’s experience and knowledge in various transactions and representation of both investors and companies allow her to understand the business needs of her clients, utilizing a broad business perspective.

Yael maintains a balanced lifestyle, and when she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at restaurants, the beach, and indulging in sports, especially Pilates.
