Shlomit Goldfarb

Advocate Shlomit Goldfarb is an attorney in our firm’s Investment Funds and High-Tech Department.

Shlomit advises high-tech companies and corporations on their various legal needs at all stages of their development, from the company’s establishment and the necessary procedures to commercial transactions during the company’s operations, as well as in restructuring processes, acquisition transactions, and capital raising.

Shlomit regularly represents clients in commercial agreements, including complex technological agreements, corporate agreements, and various employment agreements in the field of labor law.

Shlomit’s clients include startups, high-tech companies in various fields, and leading commercial corporations in Israel and worldwide.

Shlomit is also involved in the field of artificial intelligence and is part of the firm’s AI team.

Shlomit began her career as an intern in the Civil Department of the State Attorney’s Office in Jerusalem. After her certification as an attorney, she worked as a legal advisor in the Legal Advice and Legislation Department, the Department for Administrative and Public Law, under the Deputy Attorney General, and as a litigator and legal counsel at the Israel Tax Authority.
