Advocate and Notary Shiran Mekahel-Harosh is a partner in our firm’s Real Estate Department.
Shiran advises developers, contractors, landowners and construction companies on complex construction projects and Real Estate transactions which include mixed-use developments (commercial, employment, residential). Shiran specializes in diverse and complex real estate transactions, including combination transactions, land consolidation, cooperation agreements and sales agreements, and provides legal counsel on various processes, including zoning changes, project financing, submitting applications for building permits, managing engagements with suppliers and consultants, and guiding in parcel registration.
Additionally, Shiran has extensive experience in representation in urban renewal projects, from the initial engagement between the developer and the property owners, through the negotiation and drafting of the urban renewal agreement, and the ongoing support of the project.
Shiran has a special expertise in labor law as well and provides the firm’s clients with legal counsel on a variety of issues related to employment relations, including employment agreements, service provider agreements, employee rights and working conditions, as well as ongoing advice on various matters related to termination of employment.
Shiran is certified as public notary and mediator and is a member of the Real Estate Forum of the Tel Aviv District at the Israel Bar Association.
Shiran believes in balancing work and life and does so by including sports (running, Pilates), rest, family time, travel, and theater attendance in her routine.
