Advocate Mirit Wolf is a partner in our firm’s Tax Department.
Mirit has been practicing tax law since 2016. Between 2010-2016 Mirit worked in the fields of insolvency and civil-commercial litigation.
Mirit advises individuals and corporations on various tax issues, including income tax and value-added tax, and on tax issues related to different processes or transactions, including international taxation, trusts, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
A significant part of Mirit’s work involves taxation of high-net-worth individuals and new immigrants.
As part of the comprehensive legal service provided to the firm’s clients, Mirit also represents her clients before the Israeli Tax Authority and the courts.
Mirit also finds time for diverse hobbies and enjoys traveling with her family, baking and sewing. She attests herself on being excellent at online shopping and is addicted to the show “Law & Order”.
