Advocate Mimi Zemah is a founding partner at our firm, with over three decades of experience, she is regarded as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the fields of high-tech, private equity and venture capital funds, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
Mimi began her legal career as a clerk for Justice Zamir at the Israeli Supreme Court and subsequently gained unparalleled legal knowledge and experience as an attorney and partner at leading law firms in Israel. After completing her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at New York University (NYU), she also worked at one of the leading law firms in New York, representing venture capital funds, private equity funds, and high-tech companies.
In 2008, she founded the firm with Advocate Udi Schneider. She heads the high-tech, investment funds, corporate law, and Mergers & Acquisitions departments and heads the High-Tech Dispute Resolution Institute. Mimi is also a member of the professional arbitrators team of Nevo.

In her free time, Mimi enjoys running and had participated in several marathons.
