Liron provides ongoing legal advice to companies from various sectors, both high-tech companies and bricks and mortar companies, concerning different corporate and commercial aspects at all stages of their development.
Additionally, Liron represents private investors in their investments.
Liron provides personal, close, and long-term support to the firm’s clients and offers ongoing advice to the various members of the management team.
