Gabriella assists the firm’s clients—private individuals, corporations, and public entities in complex legal disputes before various courts, including mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Over the years, Gabriella has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience, providing ongoing legal advice in her field of expertise on issues and disputes in civil and commercial matters. These include shareholder disputes, claims related to breaches of contracts, claims related to the automotive sectors, and representing defendants in class action lawsuits.

Additionally, Gabriella handles claims in labor law, real estate, enforcement procedures, debt claims, and more.

Gabriella has the ability to think outside the box and has a broad perspective on the legal issues she handles.

In addition to her specialization in commercial litigation, Gabriella is certified to draft enduring powers of attorney and trained in providing preliminary instructions for the appointment of a guardian.

In her spare time, Gabriella enjoys practicing Pilates.
