Amran Zoabi

Advocate and Certified Public Accountant Amran Zoabi is a partner in our firm’s Tax Department.

He advises the firm’s clients, which include companies, corporations, and private clients, on various tax law matters, including real estate taxation, real estate transactions taxation, income tax, taxation of mergers and acquisitions, taxation in the context of restructuring (reorganization) processes, and issues related to value-added tax (VAT).

Amran provides ongoing legal advice and support for commercial and corporate transactions, focusing on the tax aspects of the transaction, starting from the negotiation stage, through the drafting of commercial agreements, and up to the transaction’s completion and implementation.

Thanks to his dual qualifications as both an attorney and a CPA, our clients benefit from professional and comprehensive legal advice, with a deep understanding of all aspects of taxation.

Amran has also gained expertise in representing the firm’s clients before various legal courts and in proceedings before the tax authorities.

In addition to his legal work at the firm, Amran leads the firm’s collaboration with the “Kav Mashve” association and serves as a mentor for Arab academics, guiding them in developing their careers in the field of law.

In his free time, Amran enjoys traveling with his family in Israel and abroad. He is passionate about cooking and enjoys preparing meals with his friends and family.
