Advocate and Certified Public Accountant Achu Frank is a senior partner and heads our firm’s Tax Department.

For over four decades, Achu has amassed extensive knowledge and unparalleled experience in tax law, both as an attorney and as a CPA. He is renowned for his holistic business perspective and is considered one of the prominent tax attorneys in Israel.

Over the years, Achu has advised and continues to advise both private clients and various companies and corporations, providing professional, comprehensive, and creative legal advice in all areas of taxation.

In his work, Achu supports, among other things, various corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations, and handles issues related to international taxation, VAT, and real estate taxation.

Additionally, Achu has extensive experience representing clients before various judicial instances and tax authorities.

Achu provides advice to high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, trusts, and other aspect of taxation, and advises on the taxation of immigrants (Olim) and returning residents.

Achu is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Achu’s creative side is also reflected in his hobbies – he is a talented tuba player and has been playing for decades in concert bands and symphony orchestras.
