Rona advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and commercial companies throughout all stages of their business activity, from incorporation and fundraising to ongoing legal support. As part of her practice, she advises on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, founders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
Rona believes in providing legal counsel that combines commercial insight with practical thinking, and is committed to delivering professional, thorough and client-focused legal services.
Rona joined the firm in 2024 as a legal intern and, following her admission to the Bar, continued her career with the firm as an attorney.
In her spare time, Rona enjoys cinema and thought-provoking films, especially those that stay with her long after the credits roll.
