In 2009, following her admission to the Israeli Bar, Shiran joined Zemah Schneider & Partners, as an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm. In 2016, Shiran focused in real-estate and that is her main occupation today. Shiran was involved in major real-estate transactions.
Shiran also specializes in labor law and provides advice to the firm’s clients in this field as well as litigation service in specific cases.

In 2019, Shiran became a partner at Zemah Schneider & Partners.
