In 2008, following her admission to the Israeli Bar, Liron joined the founding team of Zemah Schneider & Partners, Advocates as an associate in the Corporate department of the firm. In 2015 Liron became a partner at Zemah Schneider & Partners.
Liron’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasize on mergers and acquisitions.
Liron works closely with clients from a variety of industries, ranging from hi-tech to traditional industries and in any stage of their life cycle, providing them with on-going legal services in all aspects of their commercial and corporate activities.
Liron has vast experience in a broad range of commercial transections and is representing her clients in investment rounds, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures etc.
