In 2012, following her admission to the Israeli Bar, Hilla joined Zemah Schneider & Partners, Advocates as an associate in the Corporate department of the firm.

Hilla’s practice focuses on corporate law, particularly venture capital and private equity financings, representation of Israeli and foreign investors and funds in their investment activities from seed rounds through to late stage investments and secondary transactions.

Hilla also advises a variety of emerging growth companies in all aspects of their activity from day to day matters through to financing rounds and mergers and acquisitions and other on-going corporate and commercial affairs. Her start-up clients span across a broad spectrum of industries. Hilla works closely with founders and executives of emerging growth companies, providing guidance on financing, strategic and general ongoing corporate matters.

Hilla’s work also involves complex M&A transactions.

In addition, she practices and advises on competition and antitrust matters.
