Amiram, an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice, specializes in capital markets regulation.

Before joining the firm, Amiram founded and led the Capital Markets Legal Clinic at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and at the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan. In this capacity, Amiram played an active role in several legislative and regulatory reforms, including Amendment 22 to the Israeli Companies Law, the Strum reform in the local banking system, and the changes to the rules governing institutional involvement. Amiram also practiced financial regulation and corporate governance in a private practice and served as an associate with a leading firm in Silicon Valley during his graduate studies.

Amiram has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005 and a graduate of the executive training course in financial reports and evaluations from the IDC Herzliya.

Amiram holds an LL.B (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and a J.S.M. from Stanford Law School.
