Achu Frank

Achu is one of the leading tax experts in Israel. Prior to joining Zemah Schneider & Partners in 2016, Achu was the head of the Tax Department at Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co. where he worked since 2006. Achu is a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney and has been practicing accounting and later tax law since 1983. Between the years 1989 and 2000 Achu also practiced corporate law, M&A, securities law and public offerings. Achu advises individuals and corporations on all tax matters including mergers &
acquisitions, restructuring, international taxation, value-added tax and taxation of real estate. Achu provides tax advice in complex issues and appears before the various tax authorities, courts and other tribunals. A significant part of Achu’s practice concerns the international taxation of corporations, estate planning, trusts and, taxation of high net-worth individuals.
Achu is a member of the Israeli Bar, Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, International
Fiscal Association (IFA) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
