Sivan Barasch is an attorney in our firm’s Litigation, Automotive and Corporate and Commercial Law Departments.

Sivan brings with her extensive and in-depth experience in civil and commercial litigation, having worked on complex commercial disputes and large-scale class actions in various fields, with a focus on contractual, corporate, aviation disputes, and consumer protection claims.

In addition to her expertise in litigation, Sivan is actively engaged in the negotiation, structuring and drafting of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on aligning legal and business solutions with the strategic objectives of clients in both domestic and international transactions.

Sivan provides comprehensive legal advice to the firm’s clients, particularly in regulatory matters, with a special emphasis on the regulatory framework governing the automotive sector in Israel.
