Paz Reshef Barak

Advocate Paz Reshef Barak is an attorney in our firm’s Commercial Litigation, Automotive and Regulation and Competition Law Departments.

Paz manages litigation cases in civil-commercial proceedings at various stages – before filing the lawsuit, during the process, including court representation, and after, as well as outside the courts when the parties attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative means. Additionally, Paz supports the firm’s clients in class action lawsuits.

Paz has special expertise and extensive experience in providing legal advice on advertising in the automotive industry and keeps herself regularly updated on changes and regulations in the field.

As part of her work in the firm’s regulation department, Paz provides ongoing legal advice on regulatory issues in the automotive sector. She also drafts commercial agreements in the automotive field with car importers and manufacturers, service centers, and the firm’s clients’ business partners in the automotive industry.

Paz’s combination of professional and rich knowledge in regulation with a deep understanding of the automotive world enables her to provide the firm’s clients with professional and personalized legal services.

When she is not advising and representing her clients in court, Paz enjoys reading books and hiking in nature.
